FEREY Justine
MS imaging engineer
Justine completed a PhD in analytical chemistry at the Institute of Organic and Analytical Chemistry at the University of Orléans, during which she developed innovative analytical tools based on mass spectrometry for monitoring enzyme-ligand interactions in the field of health. She then carried out her postdoctoral research at the COBRA laboratory (Rouen) to implement mass spectrometry imaging methodology. In this continuity, she was then hired by the Rouen University Hospital to apply her work to biological topics such as brain tumor studies, Duchenne muscular dystrophy, ovarian cancer, etc. Justine joined the AXIOM team in 2020. In charge of the mass spectrometry imaging activity, she leads methodological development projects in this field and carries out spatially resolved metabolomics projects.
