MESSAOUDI Anis

PhD student

After a Master's degree in Applied Biochemistry at the University of Oran (Algeria), he obtained a Master's degree in Toxicology and Ecotoxicology at the University of Paris Cité in 2024. Driven by a strong interest in toxicology research, he began a thesis within the GS team in October 2024. His theme focuses on the prevention of cocktail effects by characterizing the mode of action (MoA) of food contaminants in vitro.

MIREY Gladys

Head of the Genotoxicity and Signaling Team

Ph.D., H.D.R., DR2 INRAE

Gladys obtained her PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology in 2000 (Institut Curie) and completed two post-doctoral positions (Harvard University in the United States, then 2000-2004 University of Toulouse). Her work focuses mainly on the study of signaling pathways and cell cycle regulation. A lecturer in Strasbourg in 2004, she returned to Toulouse in 2008 and focused her work on the development of biotracers, in order to characterize and monitor the effects of genotoxic substances. She was recruited as a research director at INRA in 2019.

ROUIMI Patrick

(PhD), Research Officer INRAE

Patrick obtained his PhD in Biology and was recruited by INRA. He is interested in xenobiotic metabolism and joined the team in September 2019 to contribute his expertise to the study of the effects of genotoxicants. He also studies various signaling pathways important for the cell death-survival balance.

VIGNARD Julien

(PhD), Research Officer INRAE

Julien obtained his PhD in Cell Biology in 2007 and completed a postdoctoral fellowship (J.Y. Masson Team, Quebec). He was interested in DNA damage repair mechanisms, focusing particularly on the study of Homologous Recombination. He joined the team in September 2011 as a Research Fellow and focused his activities on the development of DNA damage biomarkers with the aim of developing new genotoxicity tests.
