Exposciences Occitanie 2025

Organized by a collective of grassroots education, science and technology, and environmental education associations (CIRASTI), Exposciences showcases scientific projects led by young people aged 5 to 25. This free event is open to everyone and will feature the participation of two doctoral students from the INRAE ​​Occitanie-Toulouse research center.

Exposciences Occitanie

Exposciences is a free event bringing together young people aged 5 to 25 who have completed a scientific project on STEAM themes (Science, Technology, Environment, Arts, and Mathematics). The event aims to showcase these young people while allowing them to discover, observe, and share their projects with others through workshops and meetings with scientists, engineers, and members of associations.

This year, over 200 children and young people aged 5 to 25 from the Occitanie region and internationally (Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Tunisia, and Mexico) will present their projects on a wide range of topics, from biology and robotics to the environment, chemistry, physics, and meteorology. In addition to the project booths, visitors can enjoy workshops, a mini-forum with scientists, and conferences.

With the participation of Laetitia Jaan and Margaux Lalaurie, both doctoral students at the Toulouse Food Toxicology Laboratory (Toxalim), representing INRAE. They will present their career paths and thesis topics during the mini-forum and ask questions of the young exhibitors about their scientific projects.
