QuantSeq 3' RNAseq technology represents a major advance in the field of RNA sequencing, offering a fast, accurate, and cost-effective method for gene expression profiling. Unlike traditional approaches that sequence the entire transcriptome, QuantSeq focuses solely on the 3' end of polyadenylated messenger RNAs. This strategy generates a single fragment per transcript, greatly simplifying bioinformatic analysis and reducing biases related to sequencing depth. We will present the results obtained on tissue and blood samples.
