After working in a CNRS unit in Poitiers on fundamental research (photoreceptors), Nathalie joined INRA in 2005 in the Cancer and Food team of the Xenobiotics unit. In 2011, the unit became Toxalim and the team became PPCA. Nathalie manages animal studies to test the effects of food on models, and in particular on the colon. Nathalie also works on colonic and faecal samples from these experiments, carrying out biochemical analyses (TBARs, heme assays) and histological analyses (counting pre-neoplastic lesions: ACF and MDF; immunohistochemistry).
Since joining INRA, Nathalie has also been involved in prevention: prevention assistant since 2006, unit coordinator since 2011, workplace first-aid attendant since 2006, ASAI guarantor since 2009, fire safety officer since 2010.
