The scientific programme addresses all areas of lipid peroxidation from basic science to medicine.

The objectives of this conference are to facilitate the dissemination of scientific information on the latest advances in lipid peroxidation, and promote contacts, discussions and exchanges between students, scientists, clinicians, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

Renowned speakers, Valery Bochkov, Michel Lagarde, Hugo Aguilaniu, Koji Uchida and many others ... will review the latest developments involving the oxidation of lipids in different areas of food, nutrition, ageing, development of neurodegenerative and cardiovascular diseases.

In addition, the meeting aims to promote presentations of the work of doctoral and post-doctoral students and young researchers, of which a large number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentation during the various sessions.
